This is a promise, not fine print. If Nayker shuts down, here is exactly what happens.

Step 1

90-day notice period

If Nayker ever shuts down, you will receive at least 90 days written notice. No surprises. No rushed migrations.

Step 2

Full data export in JSON

All your data — agent configurations, permission policies, audit logs — exportable as structured JSON with a single API call or dashboard download.

Step 3

Vault credentials returned with your keys

Your encrypted vault contents are exported with your encryption keys. On BYOK, you already hold the keys — export is instant.

Step 4

Self-host migration guide published

A detailed migration guide will be published covering how to run the core vault and permission engine on your own infrastructure.

Step 5

Open-source SDK remains available indefinitely

The client SDK is open-source under MIT license. It will remain on GitHub and npm regardless of Nayker's operational status.
