By accessing or using Nayker's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Nayker provides an identity and access management infrastructure platform for autonomous AI agents. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the rights of any third party; (c) transmit any viruses or malicious code; or (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nayker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
